- Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, blast, or degrease metal substrates and mask off areas that require no coating.
- Equipment Operation: Set up and operate electrostatic powder spray guns, automated lines, and thermal cure ovens.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished coats for runs, thin spots, or contamination and measure coating thickness.
- Maintenance & Cleanliness: Clean spray booths and change colors carefully to avoid cross-contamination; perform routine tool upkeep.
- Safety Compliance: Wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow environmental and shop safety rules.
Salary: Rs. 10,000.00 - Rs. 18,000.00 per month
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
