Job Description

DIECUTS MART is looking for a responsible and motivated HR Executive to manage recruitment and day-to-day HR activities remotely.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documents.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Manage attendance and leave updates.
- Coordinate with employees and management.
- Handle onboarding and joining formalities.
- Prepare daily and weekly HR reports.
- Address employee queries and HR-related concerns.




- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of HR/recruitment experience preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Laptop/Desktop and stable internet connection are mandatory.
