Key Responsibilities

Understand hiring requirements and prepare effective recruitment strategies.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, social media, and other platforms.

Search and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.

Screen candidates through initial calls and interviews.

Coordinate technical and HR interviews with candidates and internal teams.

Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.

Manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Negotiate and discuss salary expectations with candidates.

Coordinate joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding.

Maintain recruitment reports, interview status, and hiring pipeline.

Develop a strong talent pool for frequently required IT positions.

Work closely with management and technical teams to understand manpower requirements.

Technical Hiring Knowledge

The candidate should have a basic understanding of common IT technologies and job roles.

The candidate does not need to be a technical developer, but should be able to understand technical requirements, compare candidate profiles with JDs, and identify relevant skills and experience.

Required Skills





1–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment / Hiring.

Positive knowledge of the IT industry and technical job profiles.

Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to evaluate resumes and identify suitable candidates.

Good follow-up and coordination skills.

Experience using LinkedIn and job portals.

Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.

Strong negotiation and candidate relationship-management skills.

Preferred Candidate

Previous experience in an IT company, software company, or recruitment consultancy.

Experience hiring developers and other technical professionals.

Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter / Sales Navigator, Naukri, Indeed, or similar platforms.

Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Ability to work independently and manage the complete recruitment cycle.
