Sales Representative

We seek a skilled and driven Sales Representative who excels in a rapid-paced sales environment. This

individual will contribute to the attainment of lead acquisition and conversion goals by engaging in

calls, collaborating with channel partners, visiting prospective clients in-person and generating

interest while qualifying prospects.

Responsibilities:

1. Establishing connections with company CXOs through LinkedIn, understanding their needs, and

initiating initial discussions with the relevant channel head.

2. Conducting daily calls to follow up on generated leads, both inbound and outbound, to

assess their qualification.

3. Handling both inbound and outbound calls to evaluate lead qualifications.

4. Comprehending client requirements and effectively presenting product

offerings.

5. Qualifying leads and forwarding them to the respective stakeholders.

Requirements:

1.



Demonstrated expertise in handling incoming and outgoing calls.

2. 0 to 1 years of sales experience, preferably in the Fintech sector.

3. Proven track record in successful lead generation.

B2B sales experience is essential.

4. Fundamental knowledge of business banking and lending products.

5. Proficient in managing a high volume of calls daily with a strong phone

presence.

6. Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Freshworks or equivalent.

7. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Effective listening and presentation capabilities.

8. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and efficiently manage time.

9. Previous experience in a financial organization is

advantageous.

Pay: ₹25,955.36 - ₹40,991.92 per month
