About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Part-Time Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support the finance and administrative functions of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Record and verify invoices, bills, expenses, and payments.
Assist in monthly payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and attendance inputs.
Coordinate with HR regarding attendance, leave, salary revisions, and payroll-related queries.
Maintain payroll records and salary-related documentation.
Assist with PF, ESIC, TDS, and other payroll-related compliance.
Prepare and maintain payroll reports.
Assist with bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
Coordinate with the CA/Finance team for GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of financial and employee salary information.
Prepare basic financial and payroll reports as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Good knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks within deadlines.
Working Hours:
Part-Time: 3 hrs/ day
