Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Deputy Manager – Game Zone to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer experience, and manage the game zone team effectively. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the game zone and ensure smooth functioning.

- Supervise, train, and motivate game zone staff to achieve operational and service standards.

- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.

- Monitor gaming equipment, machines, and facilities to ensure they are clean, secure, and operational.

- Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely resolution of equipment or facility issues.

- Monitor daily sales, revenue, cash handling, and operational reports.

- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies.

- Manage staff schedules, shifts, attendance, and manpower requirements.

- Support promotional activities, events, and customer engagement initiatives.





- Maintain proper inventory of game-related supplies and operational materials.

- Identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and share updates with management.

- Support the Manager in achieving revenue and business targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in gaming, entertainment, hospitality, retail, amusement parks, or a similar customer-facing industry.

- Strong team management and leadership skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle customer complaints and operational challenges.

- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.

- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
