About the Role

Letreia Bakery is looking for a passionate and hardworking Junior Baker to join our production team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing bakery products, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily baking operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing doughs, batters, fillings, and bakery ingredients.
- Support the baking of breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other bakery products.
- Follow recipes and production schedules accurately.
- Weigh and measure ingredients correctly.
- Prepare and organize ingredients before production.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and equipment.
- Assist in packaging and presentation of finished products.
- Monitor baking times and temperatures under the guidance of senior staff.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.




- Support inventory checks and report shortages to supervisors.

Requirements

- 0 to 2 years of experience in a bakery, café, or food production unit.
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
- Willingness to learn and work in a quick-paced environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Physical ability to stand for long hours and handle kitchen equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certificate or Diploma in Bakery and Confectionery is an advantage.
- Passion for artisan baking and bakery products.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
