We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele calling Executive to handle customer calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and follow up with prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide relevant information.
- Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain customer information and call records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Identify customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
