Job Overview

BILARA GROUP is looking for a creative and skilled Architectural 3D Visualizer with strong expertise in exterior architectural visualization. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, realistic renders, and presentation visuals for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Create detailed 3D architectural models and realistic exterior visualizations.
- Develop high-quality renders using 3ds Max, Corona/V-Ray, SketchUp, Lumion, and Enscape.
- Prepare architectural drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.
- Create realistic materials, textures, lighting, landscaping, and environmental elements.
- Convert architectural concepts and 2D drawings into accurate 3D models.
- Work closely with architects and designers to understand design requirements.




- Make revisions based on client and design-team feedback.
- Prepare high-quality renders and presentation images for client approvals.
- Maintain accuracy, quality, and consistency across all visualizations.

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience as an Architectural 3D Visualizer.
- Robust experience in exterior 3D visualization and architectural rendering.
- Good understanding of architectural design and construction.
- Strong creative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Portfolio of architectural 3D visualization work is required.

3ds Max + Corona/V-Ray | SketchUp + V-Ray/Enscape | Lumion | AutoCAD | Photoshop
