Job Description

Job Title: L2.5 Support Engineer – IM Platform

Experience: 5+ Years

Job Description:

- Provide L2.5 production support for Investment Management (IM) platforms
- Manage incident response, troubleshooting, and resolution within defined SLAs
- Support integrations with systems like Aladdin, SimCorp, Calypso, FactSet, or similar platforms
- Monitor and maintain system stability, performance, and data flows
- Work with API integrations and data pipelines across systems
- Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation

Required Skills:

- Strong domain expertise in Investment Management / Capital Markets (mandatory)
- Experience with IM platforms or similar systems (Aladdin experience not mandatory)
- Minimum 2+ years in L2.5 production support




- Knowledge of data engineering concepts and API management
- Exposure to Python or PL/SQL scripting
- Familiarity with Kubernetes
- Understanding of SDLC processes, Git/Bitbucket, and test automation

Soft Skills:

- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management
