- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Collect and analyse customer feedback.
- Manage escalations and ensure timely closure.

- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- Track customer satisfaction and service performance.
Pay: ₹10,029.55 - ₹32,553.13 per month
