Job Overview

Chate’s Homeopathy Clinic is looking for a Pharmaceutical Machine Operator – Tablet & Packaging to support our tablet manufacturing and packaging operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining the smooth functioning of pharmaceutical production and packaging machinery. The role requires a hands-on approach to machine operation, the ability to identify basic machine issues, and a strong focus on production quality and efficiency.

Candidates with practical experience in pharmaceutical, homeopathic, nutraceutical, or similar manufacturing environments will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor machines used for tablet production and pharmaceutical packaging.
- Operate blister packaging machines and other tablet packaging equipment.
- Ensure proper machine setup before starting production.
- Monitor machine performance and production output throughout the process.
- Make routine machine adjustments as required for smooth operation.
- Identify basic machine faults and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel for machine breakdowns or technical problems.
- Ensure correct packaging materials are used according to production requirements.
- Check tablets and packaged products for basic quality, appearance, quantity, and packaging accuracy.
- Minimize machine downtime, production delays, and material wastage.
- Maintain daily production, machine operation, and other required records.
- Carry out routine cleaning and basic maintenance checks of machines.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the production and packaging area.




- Follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, hygiene practices, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely completion of daily production targets.
- Report machine, production, or quality-related issues to the supervisor.

Requirements

- Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience with pharmaceutical machinery is preferred.
- Experience with tablet manufacturing or blister packaging machines will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of machine operation, setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to monitor machinery and identify abnormal machine performance.
- Good attention to detail and a responsible approach to machine handling.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining production records.
- Ability to follow SOPs, safety procedures, and production instructions.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following industries are encouraged to apply:

- Pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Homeopathic manufacturing
- Nutraceutical manufacturing
- Ayurvedic manufacturing
- Tablet production and packaging
- Pharmaceutical machine operation

Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Freshers with a relevant technical qualification and strong interest in pharmaceutical machine operations may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
