Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our construction company. The CRM will be responsible for managing client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating with internal teams, addressing client requirements, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the construction/project lifecycle.

* Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.

* Understand client requirements and coordinate with project, design, estimation, and execution teams.

* Provide regular updates to clients regarding project progress, schedules, and important milestones.

* Handle client queries, concerns, complaints, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner.

* Coordinate client meetings, site visits, discussions, and project reviews.

* Prepare and maintain client communication records, follow-up reports, and CRM updates.

* Coordinate with the sales and project teams to ensure smooth handover from sales to execution.

* Follow up on quotations, proposals, payments, approvals, and other client-related requirements.

* Ensure timely communication regarding changes, delays, variations, and project-related decisions.





* Collect client feedback and coordinate internally to resolve issues effectively.

* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and support the company in achieving long-term client relationships.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

* 2–5 years of experience in CRM, customer relationship management, sales coordination, or a similar role, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

* Good coordination and follow-up abilities.

* Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.

* Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM software.

* Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

* Candidates with experience in residential construction, interior, architecture, or real estate will be preferred.
