Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead sales and business development activities for OTR/TBR Tyres in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing dealer/distributor networks, developing key accounts, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and business development of OTR/TBR Tyres in the assigned territory.
- Develop, manage, and expand dealer/distributor networks.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Increase market share and identify new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, customers, and key accounts.
- Lead and guide the sales team to achieve territory targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy business relationships.
- Plan and execute dealer meets, product promotions, and market activation activities.




- Prepare sales reports, MIS, forecasts, and territory performance reports.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for territory growth.

Required Skills & Experience

- Candidates with prior sales experience in the Automobile or Tyre Industry are required/preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in Tyres, Automotive Products, Batteries, Engineering Goods, Lubricants, or related industries.
- Strong experience in dealer/distributor network management and channel sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Robust leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, sales reporting, MIS, and data analysis.
- Strong market knowledge and business development skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
