- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and quality standards.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Strong experience in building scalable and maintainable backend services using Java and related technologies.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization concepts.
- Experience with version control systems and continuous integration pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
