- Record patient demographics, medical history, and appointment details.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information.
- Verify data for accuracy and correct errors when identified.
- Process medical records, reports, and billing-related information.
- Enter laboratory, prescription, and treatment details as required.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper medical records.
- Follow healthcare data-entry procedures and organizational policies.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff when necessary.
- Complete data-entry tasks within deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
