The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process, understanding their educational requirements, explaining courses/programs, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle admission enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, website leads, and walk-ins.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and admission procedures.
- Understand students' educational needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with prospective students regularly to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM/ERP.
- Conduct counselling sessions for students and parents.
- Explain course curriculum, facilities, academic structure, and career opportunities.
- Coordinate with the academic and administration teams during the admission process.




- Assist students with documentation and application forms.
- Achieve monthly admission/enquiry conversion targets.
- Participate in admission campaigns, seminars, educational fairs, and promotional activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly admission reports for management.
- Maintain a professional relationship with students, parents, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable convincing and counselling ability.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Basic knowledge of CRM/ERP software is an advantage.
- Ability to handle parents and students professionally.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good English and Hindi/Bengali communication skills would be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
