Job Description

Form and Motion is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong eye for aesthetics, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.

You’ll work across branding, social media, marketing, and digital/print projects turning ideas and briefs into thoughtful, visually compelling designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging designs for social media, digital campaigns and marketing materials
- Develop brand identities, logos and visual systems
- Design brochures, posters, advertisements, packaging and other print/digital collaterals
- Translate creative briefs and ideas into effective visual concepts
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across projects
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop concepts
- Prepare artwork and final files for digital and print production
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools and visual styles

Requirements

- Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, hierarchy and layout
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Good creative thinking and visual problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand a brief and develop original concepts
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to receive feedback and refine designs accordingly




- A portfolio demonstrating your design skills is mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, After Effects or other creative tools is an added advantage.
- Understanding of branding, advertising and social media design.
- Previous agency or professional design experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio and good design fundamentals are welcome to apply
