If you have a proven track record of converting Upwork leads, crafting high-converting proposals, and managing client pipelines effectively, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities * Lead Generation & Bidding: Identify high-value, relevant IT/Digital projects on Upwork and execute strategic bidding. * Proposal Writing: Craft customized, client-centric, and engaging proposals that stand out from competitors. * Client Communication: Handle end-to-end communication with prospects—from initial response to discovery calls and closing. * Requirement Gathering: Translate client needs into actionable scope documents for internal design, development, and marketing teams. * Account Management: Maintain profile health metrics (Job Success Score, response times, client feedback) and nurture long-term client relationships. * Pipeline Tracking: Maintain an organized CRM/bid-tracking system to monitor conversions,



follow-ups, and revenue targets. Requirements * Experience: Minimum 1+ year of hands-on, demonstrable experience generating revenue via Upwork. * Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills (US/UK/EU client interaction experience preferred). * Technical Understanding: Familiarity with IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, UI/UX, Cloud, Digital Marketing). * Strategy: Solid understanding of Upwork algorithms, connect optimization, and proposal frameworks. * Mindset: Target-driven, proactive, and capable of working in flexible shift timings when needed to align with foreign client time zones.
