Immigration Counsellor – Kottayam Branch

Job Responsibilities :

- Conduct detailed profile assessments of clients and convert them for enrollment.
- Liaise with the backend processing team and candidates to ensure a smooth process flow.
- Provide accurate and updated information regarding various PR (Permanent Residency) programs.
- Engage clients through consistent outreach and effective follow-ups.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients who have shown interest in immigration services.
- Ensure emigration enrollment and visa procedures are completed within deadlines.
- Stay updated on PR programs offered by different countries.
- Maintain a proper database of counselled clients and regularly update their status.
- Submit timely reports to the immediate manager.
- Meet daily, weekly,



and monthly sales targets.

Requirements :

- Strong communication and counselling skills.
- Ability to achieve sales and conversion targets.
- Positive follow-up and client handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of immigration and PR programs is an added advantage.
