Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team at a Multidesigner Clothing Store. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and maintaining recruitment records.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail and corporate positions.
- Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and management.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment-related documentation.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.




- Support onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for future requirements.

Required Skills

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Valuable follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Ability to work with recruitment portals and MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Presentable, organized, and target-oriented.

Eligibility

- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of recruitment experience preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
