About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Umrah Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding pilgrims’ requirements, recommending suitable Umrah packages, preparing quotations, and assisting customers throughout the booking process.

Key Responsibilities

- Consult with customers to understand their Umrah travel requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Recommend suitable Umrah packages, hotels, flights, transportation, and add-on services.
- Prepare accurate and competitive package quotations.
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed bookings through effective sales and negotiation skills.
- Coordinate with internal teams, hotels, airlines, and service providers to ensure smooth arrangements.
- Assist customers with Umrah visa requirements and documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer records, bookings, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent pre-travel and post-booking support.
- Stay updated on Umrah packages,



visa regulations, airline schedules, hotel options, and travel requirements.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Umrah, Hajj, travel, or related sales.
- Strong knowledge of Umrah packages and visa processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Good knowledge of package planning and quotation preparation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu and other Indian languages is an advantage.
- Strong follow-up skills with a customer-focused approach.
