We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduling & Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee schedules, assisting with recruitment efforts, maintaining records through various platforms, and ensuring accurate data tracking.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing coverage. Manage and monitor recruitment activities through CareerPlug
- Process and maintain employee information in the DDS Portal.
- Update and maintain company spreadsheets and tracking systems accurately.
- Coordinate with team members to address scheduling changes and staffing needs.
- Ensure all records and documentation are current and compliant.
- Provide administrative support as needed.

Qualifications





- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and computer systems. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous scheduling, administrative, or recruiting experience is preferred but not required. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
