Job Description
Aqua Pure Elite is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Telemarketing Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining our products and services, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers from the company lead database.
- Explain Aqua Pure Elite products, services, offers, and benefits clearly to customers.
- Generate qualified sales leads through telephone calls.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
- Schedule customer visits, demonstrations, and sales appointments.
- Follow up regularly with interested and prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM/software.
- Record daily calling details, follow-ups, enquiries, and lead status.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team and Service Team whenever required.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle customer questions professionally and escalate complaints when necessary.
- Prepare and submit daily telecalling reports to the supervisor/manager.
Requirements
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Tamil communication is preferred; basic English knowledge is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to make a high volume of calls and maintain proper records.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Freshers can apply; telecalling/sales experience will be an added advantage.
