Senior Specialist – Digital Asset Management
Role Summary:
Responsible for managing day-to-day asset ingestion and metadata accuracy within Sitecore Content Hub. Ensures creative, marketing, and ecommerce assets are uploaded correctly, tagged accurately, and easily retrievable across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload assets with correct naming, taxonomy, and metadata.
- Perform QC for file and metadata accuracy.
- Manage high-volume or exception uploads independently.
Workflow & Cross-System Coordination
- Validate transfers across Letsflo, Pixelz, Workfront, and DAM.
- Flag and resolve metadata or ingestion issues.
- Align with U.S. DAM partners on priorities.
Governance & Quality Control
- Maintain metadata accuracy and correct inconsistencies.
- Support cleanup tasks such as duplicate removal.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and taxonomy standards.
Required Experience & Skills
- 4–5 years of experience in Digital Asset Management, Content Operations, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with DAM platforms (Sitecore Content Hub preferred).
- Basic understanding of metadata, taxonomy, and file management workflows.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and familiarity with image retouching and digital file formats.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to follow structured processes and maintain accuracy at scale.
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting global or enterprise-scale creative operations (retail, fashion, or marketing).
- Familiarity with Adobe photoshop, Letsflo/Shotflow, Pixelz, or Workfront a plus.
- Exposure to AI-assisted tagging, automation tools, or metadata enrichment workflows.
- Background in library science, information management, or digital production a plus.
