About the Role:

We are looking for a polished, customer-focused Sales Advisor to represent our premium watch retail. The role goes beyond traditional sales. You will create a refined in-store experience, understand each customer’s preferences, and guide them towards products that match their style, occasion, and expectations.

The ideal candidate should combinestrong sales acumen with impeccable presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and engage customers with a warm, professional, and personalised approach.
- Understand customer requirements and provide consultative product recommendations.
- Deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer experience, from initial interaction to purchase and after-sales support.




- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and maintain a strong client database.
- Conduct product demonstrations and confidently communicate product value and brand positioning.
- Handle customer queries, objections, exchanges, and service-related concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate billing, inventory, customer records, and daily sales reports.

Qualification: Plus two/Any degree

Experience: Min 1 year in sales

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
