Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining visually appealing, user-friendly, responsive, and functional websites. The candidate should have a good understanding of UI/UX principles and modern web design practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop responsive and user-friendly websites.
- Create website layouts, page designs, banners, graphics, and other digital assets.
- Convert design concepts into functional web pages.
- Ensure websites are compatible with desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Maintain and update existing websites as required.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop website content and visuals.
- Implement UI/UX best practices to improve user experience.
- Optimize website images, layouts, and content for better performance.
- Ensure consistency in branding, fonts, colors, and overall website appearance.
- Identify and fix basic website design and layout issues.
- Coordinate with developers, SEO teams, and other departments for website-related requirements.
- Assist with website SEO-friendly design and basic on-page optimization.




- Monitor website functionality and report technical issues when required.
- Stay updated with current web design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Web Design, Computer Science, IT, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Good knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Valuable understanding of website structure, navigation, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with WordPress website development and customization.
- Knowledge of Bootstrap and basic JavaScript.
- Basic understanding of SEO and website performance optimization.
- Basic graphic design and image editing skills.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics/Search Console will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
