Job Title: Community Development Officer– DBV Perambur Center
Location: Perambur, Chennai
Salary: ₹25,000/month
Job Responsibilities:
- Mobilize and counsel candidates for skill development cum Placement programs.
- Conduct field visits and community outreach activities.
- Coordinate with colleges, NGOs, and local communities for candidate sourcing.
- Meet monthly admission and enrollment targets.
- Maintain candidate records and submit daily reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum One year Work Experience.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in mobilization, sales, or community outreach preferred.
- Willingness to travel.
