KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Make outbound calls to potential leads, prospects, and existing clients to promote training programs and consulting services.
- Understand client needs, explain our offerings clearly — including events like Guftugoo and Gurukul — and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate call records, follow-up notes, and client details.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets consistently.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure continuous engagement and relationship building.
- Handle rejections politely and maintain a disciplined routine of daily calls and follow-ups.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally, ensuring a positive brand experience for every caller.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine scripts, improve conversion rates, and identify new opportunities.
