Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Job Summary:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, customer satisfaction, inventory control, budgeting, and compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food and labor costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor employee performance.
- Track sales, prepare reports, and help achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient operations.
- Implement promotional activities and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management,



Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
