Key Responsibilities

- Stitch garments and other textile products as per specifications and measurements.
- Handle cutting, stitching, alterations, finishing, and basic pattern work.
- Operate and maintain sewing machines safely and efficiently.
- Check measurements and ensure quality and finishing of completed products.
- Maintain proper usage and care of tailoring equipment, fabrics, threads, and accessories.
- Complete assigned stitching work within timelines.
- Identify and report machine issues and coordinate for repairs when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the tailoring/work area.
- Maintain basic records of materials received, used, and finished products.
- Support tailoring-related training programs for beneficiaries/students, if required.




- Guide and assist trainees in basic stitching and machine-handling skills.
- Work collaboratively with the program and administration teams.
- Follow organizational policies, safety standards, and work procedures.

Required Skills

- Positive stitching and finishing skills.
- Knowledge of garment measurements and cutting.
- Ability to work with different fabrics and designs.
- Good attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to train and guide beginners.
- Responsible, patient, and team-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
