Job Description – Maintenance Executive

Experience: 2–4 Years
Department: Operations / Maintenance

Role Summary

The Maintenance Executive is responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and smooth functioning of company outlets by performing preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring all equipment and facilities remain safe and operational.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out routine electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance work.
- Attend and resolve day-to-day maintenance issues across outlets.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and maintain maintenance logs/checklists.




- Inspect and ensure proper functioning of kitchen, HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical equipment.
- Coordinate with external vendors and AMC service providers for repairs and servicing.
- Monitor maintenance tools, spare parts, and equipment inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and maintenance standards.
- Work closely with outlet teams to minimize operational downtime.
- Support outlet openings, renovations, and equipment installations as required.

Qualifications & Skills

- 2–4 years of maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality, retail, or facility management.
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or a related technical field preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and general maintenance.
- Good troubleshooting, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across company outlets when required.
