- Minimum 7–8 years of relevant experience in the admissions domain.
- Experience in managing admissions across at least 3–4 schools/units simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of the local education market and its dynamics.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively.
- Hands-on proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and performance tracking.
- Proven experience in developing admission strategies, generating leads, driving campus visits, and converting enquiries into admissions.
- Strong focus on student retention and ensuring a positive admission journey.
- A growth mindset, with the willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to the overall growth of the organisation.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
