About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager – Sales to lead and drive our sales strategy in the System Integration industry, with a focus on hardware sales. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in selling IT infrastructure, networking solutions, or related hardware products and should be capable of managing high-performance sales teams and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to ensure consistent high performance.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships within the hardware and system integration market.

- Collaborate with internal teams including pre-sales, technical, and delivery to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.

- Drive customer acquisition, account management, and retention initiatives.

- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.





- Ensure compliance with all internal processes and client requirements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in sales of hardware products (IT infrastructure,

- networking, servers, storage, etc.), preferably within the system integration industry.

- Proven leadership experience with strong team management capabilities.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build strategic relationships with enterprise clients and stakeholders.

- Robust analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
