The Hospitality Sales Manager drives top-line revenue by securing group bookings, corporate travel accounts, catering events, and long-term business partnerships. This role develops sales strategies, identifies market opportunities, and leads client outreach to maximize room occupancy and event space utilization.

Key Responsibilities

- Revenue Generation & Account Management
- Target corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and group organizers through direct outreach, site visits, and industry networking.
- Manage end-to-end sales pipelines, from prospecting leads to closing high-value contracts for rooms, conferences, and catering.
- Maintain existing key accounts while expanding business share across assigned segments.
- Sales Strategy & Market Intelligence
- Collaborate with Revenue Management to set competitive pricing strategies and yield optimization.
- Track local competitor sets, hospitality market trends, and economic indicators to refine sales tactics.
- Represent the property at trade shows, tourism summits, and local business networking functions.




- Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Conduct site tours and client presentations detailing property features and venue capabilities.
- Coordinate with Front Desk, Catering, and Event Operations to ensure seamless client handoffs and event execution.
- Prepare monthly forecasting reports, revenue projections, and KPI tracking dashboards for senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 2–5 years of progressive sales experience within the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, or convention centers).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Hospitality CRMs (Salesforce, Opera, Delphi) and Revenue Management tools.
- Key Competencies: Solid contract negotiation skills, network-building capabilities, and high interpersonal communication.

Pay: ₹14,342.69 - ₹57,092.47 per month
