Job Summary:

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing assembly line operations, ensuring efficient production, and maintaining quality standards while managing a team of assembly workers

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and train assembly line workers.
- Maintain safety and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate production schedules and resolve issues promptly.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Check production output according to specifications
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
