Key Responsibilities

- · Acquire recent direct customers through field sales, referrals, and business development initiatives
- · (Target customers include manufacturers, exporters, and importers from industries such as manufacturing, pharma, chemicals, FMCG, textiles, engineering goods, electronics, non-perishable agro products, and trading houses)
- · Manage, retain, and grow a strong portfolio of core logistics accounts
- · Promote end-to-end logistics services including ocean freight, air freight, customs clearance, and transportation
- · Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, GP, and billing targets
- · Lead commercial negotiations in coordination with pricing and operations teams




- · Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- · Track market trends, trade lanes, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- · Ensure timely collections, credit control, and high levels of customer satisfaction
- · Maintain accurate CRM records, sales MIS, and forecasting reports
- · Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required

Qualifications & Experience

- · Graduate in any discipline (Logistics / Commerce / Business preferred)
- · Minimum 1+ years of core sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics
- · Strong network of direct customers (manufacturers / exporters / importers)
- · Proven track record in new business development and account growth
- · Sound knowledge of Incoterms, trade lanes, and freight cost structures

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
