Job Opening: Production co-ordinator

Location: Hasini’s Boutique, Avinashi

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily production activities.
- Plan and assign work to tailors and Aari workers.
- Follow up on order progress and delivery schedules.
- Maintain production records and update software.
- Check quality before dispatch.
- Coordinate with the cutting, stitching, Aari, and finishing teams.
- Ensure orders are completed on time.
- Communicate production updates to the management team.

Requirements:

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/software entry preferred).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Positive problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in garment production is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary:

Based on experience.
