Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to join our team in Kadavanthara, Kochi.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls and enquiries

- Respond to customer messages through WhatsApp

- Provide professional customer support and assistance

- Follow up with customers when required

- Maintain transparent and polite communication with customers

Requirements

- Good communication skills

- Basic Tamil speaking ability preferred

- Basic computer knowledge

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
