Bawa Hospital, Ludhiana is looking for a TPA Executive to join our team.

Experience: 1–2 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle cashless and reimbursement cases from admission to final settlement.
- Coordinate with TPAs, insurance companies and patients for approvals and claim processing.
- Prepare and submit pre-authorisation requests and required medical documents.
- Verify insurance eligibility, policy coverage and claim documentation.
- Follow up on pending approvals, queries, deductions and settlements.
- Coordinate with Billing, Doctors, Nursing and Medical Records teams for timely documentation.
- Maintain proper records of TPA/insurance cases and claim status.




- Assist patients and attendants with insurance-related queries.
- Ensure timely submission of claims and required documents.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline; B.Com/BBA/Healthcare Management preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in Hospital TPA / Insurance / Medical Claims.
- Good knowledge of cashless authorization, pre-authorisation and claim settlement.
- Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and hospital software.
- Candidates with experience in TPA desk/insurance desk of a hospital will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
