Job Overview

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing visually engaging static graphics and high-performing video content for digital campaigns, social media, and client branding.

Key Responsibilities

- Graphic Design: Design eye-catching social media posts, carousels, banners, ad creatives, and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop.
- Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished reels, short-form video ads, YouTube clips, and promotional videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Audio & Visual Effects: Perform basic audio editing, sound mixing, color grading, and text overlay integration to elevate content quality.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets strictly follow client or company brand guidelines and maintain high design standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with copywriters and marketing strategists to transform ideas into captivating visual concepts.
- Asset Management: Organize raw footage, project files,



and exported assets efficiently to hit quick-turnaround deadlines.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing (agency or in-house experience preferred).
- Software Proficiency: Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro. (Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or After Effects is a plus).
- Portfolio: A portfolio or demo reel showcasing past work in graphic design and video editing is mandatory.
- Design Principles: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual storytelling.
- Soft Skills: Good time management, ability to handle constructive feedback, and strong communication skills.
