Job Responsibilities of Outsourcing QA - Executive:

Ø Understand and follow the quality SOP’s in each step of the process and Implement the quality standard on right place.

Ø To ensure the Inline & End line Defects/ Rework/Rejection/AQL failure

Percentages are within the acceptable limit in the allotted sewing lines by conducting periodic quality checks at Vendors Line.

Ø Vendor’s performance report/Top 3 defects identify root cause from which operation the defects are produced. Advise the particular Vendors/ operator to reduce rework/rejection for upcoming production.

Ø Special attention to be gives where recent start the onboarding vendors.

Ø Approved the size set and verifying patterns. Arrange the pre- production meeting with Vendor team to discuss the quality requirement & critical operations.

Ø Evaluate Pilot run and TOP sample as per tech pack and based on the approved red seal sample.

Ø Set the quality as per SOP and monitoring the system / process with periodically.

Ø Frequent monitoring of cutting, sewing and finishing in-processes control and defect control measure.

Ø Random end line audit result verification and action plan.





Ø Provide training and educate to quality & production personnel, maintain the quality requirements throughout production processes strictly following the SOP.

Ø Monitor Out of sewing AQL process is without more Work in progress (WIP).

Ø In case of out Of Sewing AQL Rejection reported from end line find out the reason for rejection and focus in the particular operation and take action to improve along with vendor QA team.

Ø To conduct the Pre final audit at vendor place before finished goods dispatch.

Ø Coordinate with In house AQL team regularly for the vendor audit performance result and align with sampling AQL audit process.

Ø Low performance vendor unit plan to visit frequently to improve the Quality parameters.

Ø Train up the vendor team to keep the improvement in all the aspect of product Quality.

Ø Submit daily Reports to Sr. Manager QA at the end of the Day or send images on Whats App or mail on mobile phone.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
