Role Overview We are looking for dynamic and driven Sales Representatives to join our team and drive venue bookings for Whispering Greens Lawn, Utsava Lawn, and Avengers. The role involves proactively meeting prospective clients and stakeholders, building relationships, creating customised pitches, and closing bookings by effectively communicating the unique features and facilities of our venues.

Key Responsibilities Meet prospects and clients regularly (in-person and virtual) to generate and convert leads into confirmed bookings Meet external stakeholders such as event managers, professional photographers, caterers, and decoration agents to generate recent prospects, and engage, convert, and convince them to use our lawns for events Maintain healthy, long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients to drive repeat and future business by methos of frequent visits & calls.



Maintain accurate prospect and lead data in Excel and follow up studiously and consistently Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth handover of confirmed bookings. Travel locally (and outstation, if required) for client meetings, site visits, and stakeholder engagement. Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets. Represent the brand professionally at client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events. Candidate Requirements

Experience: Minimum 0-1 year in sales, preferably in events, hospitality, banquets, or related B2C/B2B sales

Education: Minimum qualification — BBA or MBA Salary – 20k + Variable pay based on target achievement.

Location Preference: Bangalore , Mysore

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Confident, presentable, and client-facing demeanour. Good organisational skills with proficiency in Excel for lead/data tracking Ability to work independently, take ownership, and make sound decisions to close deals Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, site visits, and stakeholder outreach Two-wheeler/vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
