ABOUT THE ROLE

NWN Marketing LLP is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to develop the Calicut market for Exosome based professional dermatology and aesthetics portfolio. The selected candidate will independently manage territory development, clinic acquisition, doctor relationships, product presentations, evaluation programme coordination, order conversion, payment collection and repeat business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute a structured sales plan for Calicut and the assigned surrounding areas.
- Identify and engage dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, plastic surgeons, hair restoration specialists and suitable clinics.
- Build long term relationships with doctors, clinic owners and purchase decision makers.
- Understand each clinic’s procedures, patient profiles and product requirements to identify suitable business opportunities.
- Deliver product presentations, commercial demonstrations and basic product orientation sessions using approved materials.
- Coordinate clinical evaluations, advanced protocol discussions and training with the clinical team.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate within approved commercial terms and convert qualified opportunities into orders.
- Coordinate order details, direct product dispatch and delivery to clinics.
- Ensure timely payment collection and develop repeat business from existing clinics.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, activity reports and follow up schedules.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing,



clinic feedback and emerging aesthetic market trends.
- Represent NWN at relevant medical meetings, workshops and industry events.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- Three to seven years of field sales experience.
- At least two years of experience in aesthetics, dermatology, professional skincare, cosmeceuticals, clinic based products.
- Proven ability to achieve sales and collection targets.
- Existing relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic clinics in Calicut.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand and credibly present scientific product information.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, Marketing or a related discipline is preferred.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, email, spreadsheets and WhatsApp Business.
- Willingness to travel within Calicut and, as the business expands, across assigned Malabar territories.

COMPENSATION

Fixed salary based on relevant experience and existing market relationships + travel allowance + performance linked incentives based on realised collections, new clinic activation and repeat business.

GROWTH OPPORTUNITY

This is initially an individual contributor role. Based on performance and business expansion, the selected candidate may receive the chance to develop additional Malabar territories and build a regional sales team.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
