Warehouse Operations Managementnn- Plan, organize, and oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.n- Ensure smooth material flow to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and customer delivery timelines.n- Optimize warehouse layout and storage utilization to improve efficiency and reduce handling time.nn2. Inventory Control u0026 Accuracynn- Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS/ERP systems.n- Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts and periodic physical inventories.n- Investigate and resolve inventory variances, damages, and shortages.nn3. Manpower Managementnn- Prepare manpower planning, shift scheduling, and workload allocation.n- Drive productivity, discipline, and adherence to safety and quality standards.nn4. Safety, Compliance u0026 Qualitynn- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, company policies, and audit standards.n- Enforce workplace safety norms, PPE usage, and secure material handling practices.n- Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards across the warehouse.nn5. Vendor u0026 Stakeholder Coordinationnn- Coordinate with transporters, contractors, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners.n- Liaise with procurement, production, customer service,



and finance teams.n- Handle customer audits, inspections, and issue resolution.nn6. Documentation u0026 Reportingnn- Ensure timely and accurate documentation for GRN, dispatch, invoicing support, and returns.n- Prepare MIS reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and operational issues.n- Provide regular updates to senior management on risks and improvement plans.nn7. Technology u0026 Systems Managementnn- Drive effective usage of WMS, barcoding, RFID, and automation tools.n- Support system enhancements, data accuracy, and process standardization.n- Train teams on system usage and SOP compliance.nnPreferred candidate profilenn- Minimum of 4-6 years experience in a warehouse operations Preferably in Supply Chain/Logistics/Operation Managementn- Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.n- Concept Knowledge in ERP or Inventory Management Systems.n- Effective communication and excellent inter personal skills.n- Strong analytical skills with sound computer literacy.n- Exposure to manpower handling, reporting, and operational planning.nnJob Types: Full time, PermanentnnCompensation: 25,000.00 - 40,000.00 per monthnnWork Location: In person .
