Senior Executive, Demand Planning nnPosition Summary nSenior Demand Planning Executive will be responsible for leading demand forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment, and import coordination to ensure optimum product availability while minimizing excess inventory and working capital. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and overseas suppliers. nThe ideal candidate will have solid expertise in demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, and import operations, combined with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. nnKey Responsibilities nDemand Planning u0026 Forecasting (Primary Responsibility) nDevelop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual demand forecasts at SKU and channel levels. nAnalyze historical sales trends, seasonality, promotions, launches, and market dynamics to improve forecast accuracy. nLead the Demand Planning process and participate in Su0026OP; meetings. nCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to capture business assumptions and market intelligence.
