- Planning, design, and execution of comprehensive test strategies and test plans for multiple projects/products. nn- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements, identify risks, and prioritize testing activities. nn- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to streamline testing processes. nn- Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications, APIs, and backend systems. nn- Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure the stability of existing features/functionality. nn- Analyze test results and report defects/issues accurately and promptly. nn- Mentor and coach junior QA team members, providing guidance and support as needed. nn- Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies. nnRequirementsnnRequirements:nn- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
