The Candidate will drive AUM growth and revenue budget through this B2B Channel for the assigned region.Key ResponsibilitiesTie-ups and manage strong relationships with IFAs and key channel partners to maximize business opportunities across citiesDrive AUM growth and revenue through effective partner engagement and business development initiativesIdentify and on-board new IFAs and channel partners to expand market reach and distribution footprintConduct product presentations, training sessions, and market updates to enhance partner knowledge and engagementWork closely with product and marketing teams to roll out campaigns, contests, and incentive programsMonitor channel performance and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targetsEnsure adherence to regulatory guidelines (SEBI/AMFI) and internal compliance standardsProvide market intelligence, competitor insights, and feedback to the leadership team for strategic decisionsEducation & CertificationsPost Graduate with MBA / Qualified CertificationKnowledge of Financial products & Capital markets is mandatoryAll relevant NISM certificationsRolesTeam playerGood Stakeholder Management Good interpersonal & communication skillsStrong Social Network
