Hiring for Project Owner/Project Manager Project owner will have to assign primary and secondary packaging projects, with minimal guidance. You will work with cross-functional project and pre-press team, ensuring packaging design is fit for purpose to meet the packaging brief, and delivered on time, in full. • Managing valuable technical data records, project data, specifications, test results that assess the quality/efficacy/efficiency of packaging solutions • Once work receive from the HO, resource planning, work allocation needs to be planned • Work allotment to the team as per the project requirements. • Planning the team calendar and creating the project / work deadline for each employee • Regular follow-up with the team member for any queries, suggestions, inputs and trainings. • Be a mentor and a team leader to guide the team to grow next level. • Involves technical knowledge and make sure the team follows the right style guide for the right project. • Coordinate between the Prepress manager and Graphic designers to make sure project completes as per the timeline.



• Updating the timesheet on a regular basis • Planning, monitoring, organising, tracking, controlling and execution of all tasks assigned to the team members. • Conduct team appraisals, one - to - one meetings, identify training needs, and motivate the team to perform well. • Quick decision-making skill is mandatory • Client engagement on regular basis on the status of the multiple projects. Ensure effective client communication. • Plan and act on client feedback activities. Facilitate the definition of service levels and customer requirements • Interact regularly with clients to determine their needs and to develop plans for improving delivery • Work cross - functionally to solve problems and implement changes • Prepare and review MIS reports for discussion with the senior management. • To share project learnings / best practices through knowledge sharing sessions or trainings
