Design is a key differentiator in our products and we are a design-obsessed bunch. Our design philosophy is to bring consumer-grade user experiences(Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, etc) and aesthetics to business(B2B) products. Auzmor designers focus on end-user experience, business objectives, and aesthetics. Our current focus is to design for engagement and so gamification, social & mobile are going to take the front seat. If you can come up with a compelling design solution around engaging employees, you are in! We are also building 'Sapiens': a human-centric design system to have a unified and highly engaging experience across Auzmor products. If you have prior experience contributing to design systems, it's a plus. Job titles associated with this role:
Product Designer Job Responsibilities: * Solve problems - large and small - if there is only one responsibility, this is it. The rest of the details are how you go about it but this is the end goal. * Develop a deeper understanding of the end-user and craft experiences accordingly * Understand business objectives and incorporate that in the design * Figma is our tool. Figma is a team-first, collaboration-first design tool and we found peace with it. * Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Founders(we are too cool to say the word management) * The usual: user interviews,



UX research, wireframing, prototyping, design reviews * The unusual: Evangelize design internally and externally. Yes, this is a responsibility. We are design-obsessed for a reason. * Maintain a high bar for aesthetics. You are not expected to visual design(It's a huge plus if you can) but you are responsible to work with respective visual design folks. Qualifications: * You are a problem solver and your solutions are design-driven. * Experience working with SaaS products * Experience designing engaging mobile apps * The usual: wireframing tools, design tools, design frameworks * The unusual: an evolved personal process towards design.
